Our Policy

At Best Day Ever Event Services Event we want to make our policy as simple as possible for your special day.  

We have three delivery methods you can take advantage of.  

First, you secure the date and let us know. Second, you go on our website and choose items and quantities that you would like to rent and let us know via email. We have a $100 minimum. 

Second, you choose your delivery method that suits you. 

A. You pick up at our location, boxed and ready to go items.  Return to the same location when finished.  All plates need to be scraped of debris. 

B. We deliver to your location and pick up from your location scraped and boxed items. 

C. "Best Day Ever Method", we deliver, set up table tops with items.  You don't have to do anything. Then we return after the event to gather, scrape plates, box and return to our location. 

Once all of this is finalized, we will send you an invoice and contract with all details.  We take a 25% non-refundable deposit at time of booking and remaining balance due one month before event.
